Need I say more... John is a big part of RHCP past and he is part of the reason why Ilove RHCP!Besides being an amazing guitarist he has amazing dancing skills (love the splits)

And also, John is never going to return, he's moved on... He contributed so much to the band and he wanted to work on other things. If you truly respect him, you would respect his wishes and creative outlets...

I think Johns influence on the bands music brought the band more into the mainstream and without a doubt brought them the popularity they deserved.  But I think without Flea or Anthony the band would not continue as they had after Hillel, and JFs first and second departure. My favorite music from the Peppers are the albums that JF played on, but I dont think hes the best member of the band, but he is the best guitarist for the band. I dont like his solo material, especially his earlier stuff. But when he was with the Peppers, it was the best variation of the band in my oppinion.
